How long will the results of Botox last?
BOTOX® will last approximately three to four months until another injection is needed. Results will vary from person to person.
What can I expect during my BOTOX® session?
Your BOTOX® session will last approximately 30 minutes. You may feel a slight prick at the time of injection will feel like a slight prick.
Will BOTOX® target my wrinkles?
BOTOX® will relax the muscles in the injected area. Wrinkles are caused by muscles under the skin contracting.

is an injectable gel made of hyaluronic acid, a naturally occurring substance in your skin that helps to add volume and hydration. JUVÉDERM® is used to target wrinkles and lines around your mouth and nose. The results will vary from person to person, but usually will last about 9 to 12 months. At Skin Matters, JUVÉDERM® is administered by Doctors and Nurse Practitioners.
*Wrinkles and lines aren’t the only signs of aging. Over time, the cheeks flatten, and the skin may begin to sag. This is caused by a natural loss of volume in the cheek area due to aging. JUVÉDERM® VOLUMA is designed to add volume beneath the skin’s surface to lift and contour the cheek area.

uses a synthetic form of deoxycholic acid, a molecule that occurs naturally in the body and aids in the breakdown and absorption of fat. During treatment, we will administer a series of small injections under the chin. Once injected, KYBELLA® dissolves fat cells in the treated area, resulting in a noticeable reduction in fullness under the chin. Once destroyed, these cells will no longer be able to store or accumulate fat.
Who is a good candidate for a KYBELLA® treatment?
Good candidates for KYBELLA® are people who are not happy with the appearance of their chin and neck area. KYBELLA® may be an excellent alternative for people who have not been able to reduce fat in this area with diet and exercise and who prefer to not undergo liposuction surgery.
How many KYBELLA® treatments will I need?
This varies depending on the chin profile and amount of fat in the area that each individual patient experiences. Before treatment begins, our Doctor or Nurse Practitioner will examine the chin area to determine the most suitable treatment plan. Most patients typically undergo 1-6 treatments, spaced 1 month apart.
