Cancellation Policy

​

  1. Notification: We kindly request that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us to accommodate other clients who may be on our waiting list.

  2. Late Cancellation or No-Show: If you cancel your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time or fail to show up for your appointment without prior notice, a fee of $25 will be charged to the card on file.

Exceptions

We understand that emergencies and unforeseen situations can arise. In such cases, we encourage you to contact us as soon as possible, and we will work with you to find a suitable solution.

How to Cancel or Reschedule

To cancel or reschedule your appointment, please contact us by phone at 404-228-7080 at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time.

Card on File

By booking an appointment with Skin Matters Medspa, you authorize us to keep your credit card information on file for the purpose of enforcing our cancellation policy. The $25 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file in the event of a late cancellation or no-show.

Late Arrival

If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment, you will need to be rescheduled, and you will incur a $25 rescheduling fee. This is because the treatment cannot proceed due to the time constraints. We reserve the right to decline appointments for patients who consistently disregard our rescheduling policy.

Our providers are typically scheduled weeks to months in advance, and we often have a substantial waiting list. Last-minute cancellations prevent us from filling these appointment slots efficiently. We appreciate your understanding of our rescheduling policy. Your cooperation helps us maintain the highest level of service for both you and our future patients, while also respecting the valuable time of our team members.

Refund Policy

Please note that at Skin Matters Med Spa, all services and treatments are non-refundable. Aesthetic treatment outcomes can differ from patient to patient, and apart from specific touch-ups performed during follow-up appointments, any additional treatments required to achieve the desired results will be billed separately as additional procedures.

Children Policy

We have a deep affection for babies and children at Skin Matters. However, we kindly request that you arrange for childcare before your appointment. This helps ensure the safety of your children and creates a peaceful and enjoyable experience for both you and fellow Skin Matters visitors.

Pet Policy

To ensure the well-being and safety of all our patients, we kindly request that you refrain from bringing pets to your appointments at Skin Matters. If you arrive with a non-service animal, we will politely ask you to remove the pet from our office before your appointment. If your pet is a registered service animal, we kindly request that you provide valid documentation confirming its service status. This policy is in place to prevent any potential inconvenience for both you and your pet, so we appreciate your cooperation in leaving them at home.
