Cancellation & No-Show Policy
We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a $25 no-show fee.This policy helps us respect our providers’ time and accommodate other clients. Thank you for your understanding.
Effective July 2025 ​
All clients other than Laser hair removal, facials, peels and IPL will meet with our in house NP for a quick and easy Good Faith Exam (GFE). Our goal is to give you the best results as possible. Our Virtual Assistants will automatically book this appointment for you before your appointment.

Our practice is committed to patient safety, ethical care, and full compliance with applicable federal and State of Georgia laws.
All medical aesthetic services are performed exclusively by appropriately licensed medical professionals acting within their lawful scope of practice. Medical evaluations, treatment decisions, dosing, technique, and clinical judgment are made solely by the licensed provider rendering care.
Medical services are provided under the oversight of a Georgia-licensed physician serving as Medical Director, as required by law. The Medical Director establishes clinical protocols, standing orders, and quality assurance standards.
The owners and administrative staff of this practice do not practice medicine, do not provide medical advice, and do not direct or interfere with medical decision-making. Ownership responsibilities are limited to business operations, facilities, scheduling, and administrative support.
All providers are responsible for maintaining current licensure, required supervision or collaboration, and professional liability insurance. Patient care is documented in accordance with applicable standards, and informed consent is obtained prior to treatment.
Our practice maintains written policies and procedures addressing:
• provider credentialing and oversight
• patient screening and informed consent
• medical documentation and recordkeeping
• patient privacy and HIPAA compliance
Protocols are reviewed and updated periodically to remain aligned with evolving regulatory standards and best practices in aesthetic medicine.
